I had a FB Marketplace mishap when picking up a 36x18x36 enclosure. While it was being broken down by the seller, one panel shattered. I called Precision and explained my situation and we ran into an issue of the glass thickness being inbetween two sizes. They were more than happy to accommodate and let me bring in the opposite panel to measure. We were able to get another panel cut and it looks great! The enclosure is for a Leachianus gecko named Godzilla. We both thank Precision for being so helpfulPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Magnificent service and very friendly people. I showed up unannounced on a Saturday and the business was closed. I called the office phone number and within 15 minutes someone was there to help me. The service was good, fast and very efficient. The price was much less than I expected. I will definitely be back.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Precision installed all glass in my sunroom, have replaced foggy double pane glass in windows and doors. Always professional.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was detailing o house to go on the market ASAP, and discovered a broken pane of glass in the master bedroom. Of course this is on a Friday at 4:00 p.m., in sugar Land. I measured the size of the pain, call Dan with my fingers crossed, and they answered took down my information and had the pane of glass cut within an hour. Since the shop is closing I asked if they could leave the pain outside for me to pick up when I got there. It was there when I arrived, cut my specifications and a perfect fit when I took it back to Sugarland. These people are the most professional and helpful people that I have ever met, and I am 69 years old, so I have met a lot of people in my time.
